Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesday) 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday to Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Please agree a time prior to collection as I do go out during these hours.
Order Lead Time
The required advance notice depends on the size and detail of your cake:
- Basic designs and simpler decorations (available on our website) Typically need just 2 days' notice.
- For larger cakes, custom flavors or highly detailed designed, we may need a bit more time-we'll confirm your specific lead time when you place your order.
To secure your preferred delivery date, place your order by 4.00 pm on weekdays or 2.00 pm. on Saturdays. Please note we do not deliver on Wednesday.
Delivery Information
All cakes and perishable items are shipped in our fully insulated packaging, specially designed to maintain the perfect temperature throughout the journey so your order arrives fresh and beautiful. On the morning of your delivery, you'll receive a 1 hour delivery window, along with real time updates sent straight to your phone.
Delivery Services and Rates
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within 5 miles or our location - no minimum spend, no hidden extras, and no minimum spend, no hidden extras, and no tricky terms. It's our way of saying thank you for supporting local! Unfortunately, due to the ongoing increase in fuel and operational costs, we find ourselves needing to make a small adjustment to our delivery policy. Regrettably, from today 31st August 2026, a surcharge of 50p per mile will be applied to cover the return for every order that requires delivery. To give you a clear example, If our driver try to reach you, the return trip would add 8 miles, making the total delivery fee £4. This charge will appear as a separate line item on your final invoice, so you'll always know exactly what covers. We truly value your business and have kept this fee as low as possible.
